If a request for accessibility or an alternative way of accessing the information is refused, he applicant has the right to complain to the Statistics Poland about the digital accessibility of the website, the mobile application or an element thereof.

Building: The Statistical Office in Szczecin, 2 Jana Matejki Street,70-530 Szczecin, Poland

  • You can enter the building through 2 entrances:

  • 1. From Rodla Square: 
    1. The entrance is located on the ground floor – accessible for the wheelchairs.
    2. There is a permanent access ramp available at the entrance.
    3. There is a doorbell marked "Need assistance? Please ring."
    4. The entrance doors open automatically.
    5. The doors open outwards.
    6. Only minimal force is required to open the doors.
    7. The glazed entrance doors are fitted with high-contrast markings to improve visibility.
    8. Visitors may use either the assistance bell or the intercom located at the entrance.
  • 2. From the Galaxy Shopping Centre 
    1. The entrance is via the external staircase leading to the mezzanine level (first floor).
    2. Be careful – the road goes through the parking.
    3. The doors at the entrance open automatically.
    4. You have to go through two automatically open entrance doors.
    5. Behind the doors is a large hall.
    6. The security room is on the right side from the doors.

    1. Vehicle access is from Jana Matejki Street.
    2. Parking is subject to a fee.
    3. Please stop at the barrier and wait for the security officer to assist you.
    4. The designated accessible parking spaces are located on the mezzanine level opposite the main entrance.
    5. There are 2 designated parking spaces for people with disabilities.
    6. The accessible parking spaces are marked in blue.
    7. Please ensure that your disabled parking permit is displayed clearly behind the windscreen.

  • The building is largely adapted to the needs of people with disabilities.
  • It has an appropriately wide entrance door, an entrance platform for wheelchair users; and the toilets are adapted to the needs of the disabled.
  • The building is equipped with an audible fire alarm system.
  • The building consists of 10 floors (including ground floor).
  • Customer service point - REGON is located on the first floor. The point is on the left from the entrance. If you need help there is installed a bell on the frame on the right-hand side
  • The Secretary and The Statistical Data Information Centre is located on the eight floor.
  • You can move between floors using the elevators or stairs.
  • The Secretary is on the left side from the lift.

  • There are four elevators located straight ahead from the entrance.
  • The buttons in cabins are marked with Braille.
  • Elevators are equipped with voice information.
  • In each cabin you can take a rest using fold-down seats installed on left side.
  • The entrance steps are marked with high-contrast edging. Handrails are provided alongside the stairs.
  • There is also available use of a portable ramp. If you require use, please contact the Office in advance.

  • There are 2 toilets adapted for people with disabilities.
  • 1. The first accessible toilet is located on the 8 floor. It is located on the left from the lifts or stars. If you require assistance, please contact the Secretary. This toilet is equipped with an emergency assistance alarm and is fully accessible to wheelchair users.
  • 2. The second toilet, accessible for the disabled, is located on the ground floor. Access is controlled by a key. If you wish to use this facility, please ring the assistance bell located opposite the lifts on the ground floor. You can also ask the building security staff, whose office is situated on the first floor.

  • • baby changing facilities,
  • • outward-opening doors,
  • • doors that remain securely open during use,
  • • sufficient manoeuvring space for wheelchair users,
