Keyboard Navigation

Everyone has the right to request the digital accessibility of this website or any of its elements.

Parking
Visitor parking is available.
Two designated accessible parking spaces are provided for persons with disabilities. Please ensure that your disabled parking permit is displayed clearly behind the windscreen.
The accessible parking spaces are marked in blue and appropriately signposted.
Parking is subject to a fee.
Vehicle access is from Jana Matejki Street. Please stop at the barrier and wait for the security officer to assist you. The designated accessible parking spaces are located on the mezzanine level opposite the main entrance.
Assistance Dogs
Visitors are welcome to enter the building with an assistance dog or guide dog.
Please ensure that you carry the relevant assistance dog certification and proof of the dog's valid vaccinations.
Building Entrance
The main entrance is located on the ground floor.
A permanent access ramp is available at the entrance, together with a doorbell marked "Need assistance? Please ring."
The entrance is level with the surrounding pavement and can be accessed without barriers by wheelchair users.
The entrance steps are marked with high-contrast edging.
Handrails are provided alongside the stairs.
A portable ramp is also available upon request. If you require its use, please contact the Office in advance.
The entrance doors open automatically.
The doors open outwards.
Only minimal force is required to open the doors.
The glazed entrance doors are fitted with high-contrast markings to improve visibility.
Visitors may use either the assistance bell or the intercom located at the entrance.
Access to the building from the Galaxy Shopping Centre side is via the external staircase leading to the mezzanine level (first floor). The mezzanine parking area may also be reached using the driveway from Jana Matejki Street.
Accessible Toilets
Accessible toilet facilities are available within the building.
There are two accessible toilets.
The first accessible toilet is located on the eighth floor, in the corridor to the left of the lifts. If you require assistance locating this facility, please contact the Secretariat.
This toilet is equipped with an emergency assistance alarm and is fully accessible to wheelchair users.
The second accessible toilet is located on the ground floor.
Access is controlled by a key. If you wish to use this facility, please ring the assistance bell located opposite the lifts on the ground floor or ask the building security staff, whose office is situated on the first floor.
This toilet is equipped with:
- an emergency assistance alarm;
- baby changing facilities;
- outward-opening doors;
- doors that remain securely open during use;
- sufficient manoeuvring space for wheelchair users;
- grab rails mounted on the walls;
- support rails on both sides of the toilet.
The facility is available for public use.

To enable staff to provide assistance to visitors with disabilities, an assistance bell and information plaque are also located at ground level outside the building.

An information board showing the layout of the building is located near the entrance. It is presented in high-contrast colours and large print.
The interior environment is generally quiet and calm.
The premises are well lit.
