Accessibility for people with disabilities
The Office building is adapted to accommodate people with disabilities who use wheelchairs and is equipped with a stairlift for disabled people.
Since April 2012, it has also been possible to use the services of a sign language interpreter.
In accordance with the Act of 19 August 2011 on sign language and other means of communication (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2023, item 20), a person experiencing permanent or temporary difficulties in communicating is entitled to the assistance of a sign language interpreter when dealing with matters at the office.
The intention to use this service must be notified to the office no later than 3 working days before the intended date of the appointment.

The office will provide assistance to the person with a disability at the time they have specified; if this is not possible, it will arrange an alternative suitable time.
The use of an interpreter’s services at the office is free of charge only for eligible persons who are disabled within the meaning of the Act of 27 August 1997 on vocational and social rehabilitation and the employment of persons with disabilities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2024, item 44).
